Damaged Item Policy

All items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging
in a good presentable condition as well.  If you receive an item from us that is not in the above mentioned
condition, you must contact us within 5 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely
manner.

Defective Item Policy

Products that are purchased from the manufacturers of Quaige which are found to be defective must be
submitted to our customer care team within 14 days of your purchase.  Please contact your sales
representative if you have any questions about defective items.

Back Order Policy

Quaige cancels all back ordered items and provides a refund back to the payment card made. 

Are You The Product Prices Retail or Wholesale?

quaigesextoy.com is a wholesale distribution company. All products are wholesale prices. In addition,
we have many products that are not displayed on the website. You can contact us to view our product
catalog with prices.

Do You Sell My Or My Customers Information?

Absolutely not!  All information is kept secure and never sold to a third party.

Is My Order Sent Discreet?

Yes.  Orders will either be sent in in carton boxes fully sealed with tape. And it does not have any
indication of the product type.

Do You Have A Minimum Order Amount?

purchase amount is US$150 (excluding shipping costs), which means you only need to purchase
goods worth more than US$150 to get the wholesale price.

Could We Use Pictures On Your Website For Marketing Purposes?

We allow the use of our product images once you become our customer.  You are allowed to download
and use this information in addition to the product size, type, color, SKU, manufacturer name and more
to help grow your business.  

You Don’t Carry The Product I Need, Can You Get It For Me?

We try to carry some of the best selling products that are born to please around the world but often
times do not carry everything in our inventory.  But we can help you source the products you want
as much as possible. We have been immersed in the adult products industry for more than 20 years
and have relatively rich resources.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We allow returns to be made 5 calendar days after you have made your purchase if you are not content
with your purchase.  The max refund amount we will accept a return for is $150.  Items must be shipped
back in brand new (unopened) condition and the shipping fee's are the responsibility of the buyer for
these returns.  Please keep in mind, there is a 30% restocking fee for returns.  If an item is defected or
damaged, we will replace the item at our cost without a restocking fee.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be offered a tracking number once your package is shipped out.  You will be able to track it’s
arrival this way.  

Can I Sell Your Products On Amazon? 

Yes and no.  Some of our products are allowed to be sold on Amazon.  However, some are not  allowed
due to brand restrictions.  If you have specific requests on products you are interested in selling on Amazon,
please reach out to us for more information.

Do You Offer Private Label Option For Me?

Yes, we do!  Private labeling or white labeling sex toys is the process of buying a specific product in bulk
and applying your own logo, packaging, owners manual, barcodes and more.  Essentially, it is branding
your own product.  If you are interested in creating your own adult toy with your brand name, logo,
packaging and more, we definitely can help!  Please be aware that private labeling sex toys  is a very
involved process and requires significant research and input from you.  There is also a large up front cost
